1st March - New Membership Year

BCYC membership year runs from 1st March and members are given one month to select their two dates for duties via the members portal (top right of website) before being automatically allocated.

The annual fees for different membership types can be found HERE along with details of training courses and craft hire for members.

If members do not wish to support the club by doing two duty days during the membership year, they can pay the full membership price (an additional £175 per adult in 2025)

In addition - if having selected or been given duty dates - members are unable to fulfil this obligation - then they can organise for another member to do their duty for them, again via the members portal.

Members have access to the water seven days a week during the summer and can access the water via the buddy group system.

Members communication is via specialised WhatsApp groups (windsurfing, paddlesports, social sailing etc) while there is a BCYC newsletter that anyone (members and non members) can subscribe to, Logo top left of website.

Membership application is via the website , and members can get a key to the car park and access to the clubhouse.
