RYA Sailing Basic Skills RYA level 2

A two day RYA Sailing Basic Skills Dinghy Course (level 2) for sailors who want to progress from start sailing - level 1 - (sailing under instruction), to sailing independently.

The course takes place using club training boats that can be hired by members once level 2 certification is achieved.

The course follows the RYA syllabus and aims at developing confidence and competence of the participants to sail independently without an instructror. Attendees are expected to be RYA level 1 certified or have the equivalent skills and expereience. A two hour taster session can be booked for an instructor to assess your cofidence and competence prior to this course. Contact training@bcyc.org.uk
