T15 weekly administration

For 2024 we are approaching the weekly management of the activities in a different way. We will go through this with renewing members at the Signing on session in April, and with new members when they join.

Spond

We are planning to use the Spond app/website to manage numbers each week. This is used by many sports clubs around the country so you may already be familiar with it. Hopefully this will replace the use of the buddy system, and will also tell coaches who they are catering for each week.

Spond Help

Spond group code MLWKQ

https://group.spond.com/MLWKQ

Please select "I'm a guardian', enter their details, and then enters yours as a guardian. You will need to go through this link (or use the group code in the Spond App) for each child.

You will need to be accepted by the group admins before you can see any information. Only paid up members will be approved.

Weekly activities

In keeping with the corinthian approach of BCYC we will be asking all junior members to help get the club ready to go, and tidy up, on Thursday nights. This gives you the knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes and helps free the coaches up to prepare for your lessons. Many hands make light work and we hopefully we can get on the water sooner than ever.
