This is a free session open to all members, guests and visitors to BCYC

Geared towards giving guidance on how to rig your boat properly, how to undertake straight forward maintenance and to give you the confidence to do simple repairs yourself - using the right materials.

Pete will be bringing at least one boat that needs plenty of repair work so he can do live demo's on preparing repair areas, the right materials to use and simple repairs.

Get Your Boat Fixed

Pete will bring repair materials so he can undertake some simple repairs on peoples boats or supply materials for people to do the work themselves. There will be a charge for this.

Pete has good range of rope reels he will bring so he can help replace sheets, control line, shock cord. There will be a charge for materials used.

He does not have any chandlery stock, but can point people to the right parts to order from which on line chandlery or boat builders.

Register for a half hour session for your boat 13:00 onwards

Open session 10-13.00 and then you can pre-book a half hour slot, a specific time for Pete to focus on work on your boat while the rest of the group can listen. There is no charge for pre- booking a slot
