Duty Requirements
Officer of the Day (OOD) Will have completed several duties as OOD – Assistant. The OOD co-ordinates that days duty team to complete all the required jobs that day. For club race days the OOD picked is also an active racer.
OOD – Assistant Helps the OOD as required.
Must be able and prepared to go afloat. Some of those selected will be safety boat trained. To drive a safety boat members must have taken, and passed, the free club safety boat course. To enrol for this course speak to Karen Turner
Galley - Principal
Must have completed several duties as Galley Assistant. A Galley Trainer who has a hygiene certificate will give guidance on commercial establishment hygiene requirements at start of day.
Galley - Assistant
Assistants must have no health reason why they are unable to help prepare food.
